If you paid and haven’t received your files, or something looks wrong, you’re in the right place. You don’t need to prove you bought the kit to use this page — if you lost your download, you likely can’t prove anything anyway.
Check spam and promotions first
The delivery email sometimes lands in spam, junk, or a promotions tab rather than your main inbox. Search your email for “Executor’s Kit” or “WooCommerce” if it isn’t in your inbox.
Find your download in your account
Every purchase creates an order with its own downloads. If you created an account or used the same email at checkout, your download link is also available under My Account → Downloads.
What’s in the ZIP
The download is one ZIP file containing five files: START-HERE.pdf (read this first), executor-kit.html (the guide), executor-kit-worksheets.html (the printable worksheets), executor-kit-trackers.xlsx (the workbook), and LICENSE.txt. If your ZIP has fewer than five files, the download was interrupted — try downloading again.
Opening the HTML files
executor-kit.html and executor-kit-worksheets.html open directly in any web browser — double-click the file, or drag it into a browser window. No internet connection is required; both files work fully offline.
Opening the workbook without Excel
executor-kit-trackers.xlsx requires a spreadsheet program. If you don’t have Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc (free) opens .xlsx files. We have not verified that Google Sheets preserves the workbook’s dropdowns and conditional formatting on import — until that’s confirmed, printing the worksheet edition is the more reliable path if you plan to use Google Sheets.
Printing the worksheets
Open executor-kit-worksheets.html in your browser and print from there (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P). The print layout is designed for US Letter and A4 paper with no color backgrounds, so it won’t burn ink on a home printer.
