If you paid and your files haven’t arrived
Check the Download Help page first — the delivery email often lands in spam or a promotions tab, and your download is also available under My Account → Downloads. If that doesn’t solve it, email us and include the address you used at checkout, whether a payment confirmation arrived, and what device and browser you’re using. You do not need to prove you bought the kit.
If something in the kit looks wrong
Tell us which file, which tab or page, and what you expected to see. A total that looks wrong, a tab that won’t open, a worksheet that prints badly — all worth reporting. Errors get fixed and the corrected file goes out to everyone.
Before you buy
Ask anything about what’s included, which formats you get, or whether the kit fits your situation. If it isn’t right for you, we would rather say so before you pay than process a refund afterwards.
What we cannot answer
We cannot answer legal, tax, or financial questions about your estate — not because we are being careful with you, but because we are not licensed to and a wrong answer could cost you money or expose you personally. Deadlines, creditor notice periods, court procedure, and filing requirements vary by state; your probate attorney or the clerk of your court is the right source for those. The kit tells you when a question belongs to a professional.
